★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After continuously ringing for an update on the decision of the outcome for a repair of tv or a payout to replace the tv. Throughout the Covid 19 we had no main tv to watch in the family room until today to find out that my claim had been closed with no email nothing so when I spoke to the nice lady on the other end that she needed to review to why they closed my claim she promised to ring me back by 4pm which she did to tell me that my excess was low so that's $150 and that .......$165.00 is what I'm recieving to replace my $10k tv that we paid at that time which I knew the value of it today would have dropped alot but to $165.00 that's so wrong I have never claimed in the many years of paying for insurance thinking we are covered if anything would go wrong. I will be taking this further and also looking at a new insurance that look after there PAYING customers
