On going problems, after nearly 2 years living in the property, the brand new house still haven't passed council compliance.
Really rough work throughout. Finishing is terrible. The company is extremely difficult to deal with. Promise the earth then lie through their teeth when problems arise.
So far had a ceiling destroyed by water damage and a large wall move opening up a large crack due to the incorrect bolts fitted. Then when they said it was fixed we found the bolts were all loose.
Now have cracks and popped screws throughout the rest of the house which they tell me aren't defects even though they look terrible. The franchise owner only wants to argue and seems like ignoring the problems will make it go away, we will be taking it further.
Do yourself and your family a favor and use anyone else.
