For a person who stated she was new in the job, I would expect her to be nice and friendly, she was quite nasty.
Pricing quoted to me was on a different level compared to any other Vet Clinic charges, basically they are ripping their clients off. They add on charges, saying you need extras, that is just not required. I have heard the owner is very unreasonable ie she prices per customer & if she thinks you have money or a dog of value, the price is then elevated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heidi and the team have taken excellent care of our four Abyssinians over the years, most recently undertaking a complicated surgery on our young cat who was mauled by a stray dog with excellent results. The team are genuinely caring, going the extra mile to ensure animals in their custody are both physically and emotionally looked after - plenty of cuddles! Heidi is a highly accomplished surgeon, and provides considered advice that blends her preference for natural solutions with hard science, always with a focus on the best outcome for the animal. When this outcome was in one case euthanasia, her team handled the process with sensitivity and genuine care. The clinic's rates are reasonable, they offer a great range of products and always provide great customer service.
