★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly. They explain everything you need. Hours are great as the close at 6pm which means you can pop in after work if needed. They are great with after-hours call outs, the vet on call rings you and assess on the phone and gives you options, they are willing to meet you anytime after hours. I know of others that have moved to vetora because they are there when you need them. Facilities are modern and clean. Thank you for looking after our pets!!! Recommend all pet owners to use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charge like a wounded bull and provide next to no service. Told to pick up meds after they had already charged me. Arrived a few minutes before closing and no one in sight. More to the job than diagnosing and prescribing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vetora has looked after my cat and dog for the last 6 years. I've been stoked with their services. We had an emergency with our little dog and the vet immediately met us at the Vetora clinic after hours and sorted him out. Staff are fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been customers here for 13yrs, recently took our cat there because he was unwell they looked him over told us the problem was that he had 3 teeth that needed to be removed at s cost of $1000. Then told us that, despite the fact that we had never had a bad account, they would not allow us to pay it off. So we ended up having some else offer to get the treatment done at their vet, who upon examining our cat found the teeth to Ben in excellent condition. The problem was something else entirely
