★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service! Took 7 months to respond to me after many prompts. Blamed me for not providing summaries without any adequate explanation, blaming me for providing the irrelevant information, almost acted as if they don't have me as their customer. Didn't care that my tax return is behind schedule. Absolutely terrible services! Worst ever!! Never inform me of his email change and argumentative during phone call. I was very angry at him! Been treated so bad! Refused to tell me their accouting fee charge and charged me a huge fee.
Highly not recommend to anyone!!!
