★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly passionate about their product both Flavia and Flavio and their team are producing the very best Italian cheeses right here NZ.
My favourite the Burrata but also the mozzarella is outstanding along with the yoghurt and the stracciatella makes for the perfect breakfast - if you are wanting the closest to being in Italy you have to try their cheeses.
