About Vintage Industries Ltd
Vintage Industries was founded in 2012, providing vintage lighting, industrial-style light shades, lamps, light bulbs and lighting accessories. We are a quality company which draws on unique and traceable products from all corners of the globe.
Our love of all things nautical inspired our venture into vintage marine which involved the sourcing of genuine, salvaged ship items. We strip, clean and polish them into the beautiful products you see today. This can be a heart-breaking import at times, definitely not for the faint-hearted, but worth it!
Our business continues to evolve and we have now branched out into vintage dΓ©cor. We are very excited about the developments in this sector, so watch this space!
Steve comes from a joinery background, successfully running his own business for many years before beginning Vintage Industries. As a tradesman, he developed a good eye for quality and has high standards.
Tracey spent her previous years working in the retail and hospitality industries, both in New Zealand and London. Her positions in management and a keen eye for detail are a true asset to the business.

β β β β β Friends who recently moved to New Plymouth said "Vintage Industry have the best coffees here" and she wasnt wrong. Good as coffee, nice food, AND environmentally conscious by incentivizing reusing/limiting take away cups with discounts. If you stop through New Plymouth, dont waste your time getting coffee anywhere else. The fengshui is also ??????

β β β β β Consistently good coffee and good lunch options. Great atmos due to constantly changing stock of eclectic items for sale and the rustic nature of the building itself. Could do with better 'snack options' - if you go on a non-scone day the choice might be a muffin (in my opinion not food) or something made from 98% sugar. The other issue is not their fault - due to council red tape they are forced to use disposable cups, plates and cutlery.
