★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vision PT Studio is awesome. Amazing clients and trainers working together to achieve health and fitness goals. The system is amazing and it teaches clients about why to eat certain foods, what foods to eat and how to structure a day. I love the fact that it works on education, as well as exercise and eating. A great community in the heart of Takapuna, changing peoples lives and creating results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started at Vision after a long summer of wine, cheese and overall good times that made my jeans tight and me sluggish. I instantly adapted to the small studio environment and found the online resources interesting and informative. The Vision system doesn't make you eliminate anything you like to eat/drink. Its all about balance and easy to record your daily food and training on the phone application. Ben and the team always make me feel welcome and motivated. The one on one training makes you push yourself harder and gets result faster. I enjoy working out these days. The studio is awesome. If you want to see a positive change in your health, fitness, body shape and confidence you should join Vision PT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a couch potato before I started at the Takapuna Studio. I feel absolutely amazing now. Tons of energy managing a daily workload which would previously have been impossible. At the age of 66 you don't expect miracles but I consider this is a miracle. Sophie Rhodes, my trainer, is simply awesome. She works me hard enough to get results but not so hard as to send me away never to return. I think for someone of her age to manage me so well is just amazing. The atmosphere at the studio is relaxed and friendly but it is also a place for hard work. A very clever mix in my opinion. I have four sessions a week and people are starting to notice big changes in me. I could not be happier with my decision to join this studio. Way beyond my wildest dreams..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined VPT in August and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions. Carl my personal trainer is amazing! Very professional, encouraging and knows how to get results.
Everyone at the studio is super friendly, encouraging and very easy going. The studio is not at all like other gyms.....never overcrowded and full of bodybuilders pumping iron!
I wanted to lose weight and tone up. After believing that my weight gain was due to menopause and thinking this was 'normal' and what was to be expected.....I could not have been more wrong. I've lost 7kg in 9 weeks through sensible food choices and exercise, I am thrilled to say the least. Genuinely surprised and delighted.
This programme works! It really does and the results speak for themselves. Thank you Carl and VPT for giving me my body back that I thought was lost to menopause and middle age!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with vision for over a year and Carl is my PT. He is very professional and I have constantly achieved my goals. He is a great motivator and given me a lot of confidence. This gym has an awesome bunch of PTs who individually welcome you in the morning, no matter how early it is!!
