★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to use this company as we live in feilding for my son's specific prescription. Five and a half weeks later still no glasses, minimal communication throughout that time. Everytime we wanted an update we had to push for it and now, we find out they are still a week away. Very poor attitude each time we enquired as to progress, and the fact that our son needed these lens asap to continue correcting his vision clearly meant little to them. My advice to anyone is to use a Palmerston North based company that will actually communicate with you.
