As a secondary cancer survivor I have been prodded and poked by a lot of medical practitioners, I just wish I'd found Mandy sooner, she is incredibly skilled as what she does, getting to the core of the issue through her extensive knowledge and gentle but effective touch. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Mandy :)

β β β β β I have seen Mandy as an osteopath and formerly as a massage therapist, and can thoroughly recommend her for all your osteopathic needs! She fixed my issues in a very short space of time and provided great advice on how to maintain a well functioning body. I have referred my husband, my sister and two friends who have all been provided outstanding care by Mandy :)

β β β β β Mandy's expertise and skill is top level, she's both professional and friendly putting you at ease from the outset of your appointment. It amazes me how quickly Mandy can find the problematic spots and ease them. I've had treatments on shoulders and knee, as well as overall body maintenance, and found my treatments with Mandy went beyond alleviating pain/tension to remedying it. Highly recommend.

Through all my years of soft-tissue injuries, neck & back problems, she is kind and patient - and can deal with pretty much anything ! You will get excellent treatment and sound advice about injury prevention. She is a qualified Osteopath and you can't get a better treatment than with Mandy. She also has some excellent massage therapists in her team. Book in for a treatment now !

β β β β β I have been seeing Mandy for years. I love seeing her as an Osteopath is a mix of massage, physio and chiropractics all into one with years of experience and training. She's helped me recovery from surgery, pain and discomfort. Definitely recommend her.

I have found her to be knowledgeable and always patient with me in terms of my treatment requirements. She has an easy going manner and the ability to make a call on whether a referral to a specialist is required. I thoroughly recommend her services. I have also had a massage from 2 of her current therapists and found them to be fantastic as well. I recommend you try Vital Body for your next treatment.

β β β β β Itβs no secret that I am a fan of the whole team at Vital Body, I have been treated by several of their Ostepaths now and I can highly recommend them all. I put my body through a bit of grief on the day to day and had several historical injuries that were causing on going issues, Mandy & Kate worked hard on sorting out my skeletal structure and mixed in a bit of cranial sacral to get me moving freely again, with regular massage interspersed to aid recovery. While the big picture stuff is sorted it is always good to stay on top and Iβve just been treated by VBβs new therapist, Matt - he was professional and courteous, giving all my niggles a work over - another high recommendation from me! β β β β β I was fortunate to be referred to Mandy by a personal trainer following an injury. I was struck by how knowledgeable, professional, skillful and lovely she was and how she was able to size up what was going on,talk to you in.plain English and tell you what could help. She is incredibly ethical and genuinely wants to help clients. She won't offer false promises or tell you to return and take your money if she can't help you, but will give you great treatment, sound advice and stretches so you feel and move better. Following 2 spinal surgeries and cauda equina i have seen many professionals, and learned when you find someone skilled and trustworthy , don't go elsewhere. I have recommended Mandy to friends, colleagues etc. If you can't get in to see Mandy or Matt straight away as, they're in demand.., check out the fab videos on the vital body website. Mandy and Kate made these videos - to help clients in pain during lockdown and gave access for free...that's just how they roll bless them. Recommend super highly to one and all
