It was all done very meticulously! I am very satisfied with his work! It was lovely to be pampered by him?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a day off from work for an appointment at vivo Lambton quay at 10. I was turned away in front of other customers as the hairdresser did not have enough time to colour my hair as they have another customer booked in for later. I was treated like a walk in customer in spite of taking an appointment. The hairdresser also started pointing issues with my hair and made it sound it is difficult to colour which they should have taken into consideration before. I was also told it was also the mistake of the person who took the booking at the salon and can’t do anything about it and can’t offer any rebooking. Gave me 0800 number to contact the head office to deal with it. What a bunch of unprofessionals!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Libby is amazing!! If you want a hairdresser you can whole heartedly trust then you've hit the jackpot! I would rather drive the length of the country and pay my whole pay check than see another hairdresser! Every time I leave buzzing about how beautiful my hair looks! I always get endless complements about how natural and beautiful it looks!
My hair always turns out even better than I imagine!

I love that he cares about quality of my hair and keeps it really healthy through all the processing (I get balayage on naturally really dark hair). Louw always takes the time he needs to do an amazing job, he doesn’t rush through it and the results speak for themselves - over the year my hair got much lighter (which is exactly what I was aiming for) while still looking really healthy and strong with my natural colour beautifully blended with light streaks. So happy, highly recommend Louw!!
