★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scumy company trying to overcharge people letting fees and repairment fees. My friend rented this apartment in queen street and prior to move in, she got charged a letting fee which is illegal and after moving out. She was billed 600+ in repairment and 400+ in cleaning that includes professional carpet cleaning. Would not recommend if you don't want your life to be miserable.
