★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store yesterday to upgrade our account. Got reluctantly served by a gentleman who provided the worst customer service imaginable. Can’t recall his name, Asian male within short hair. He was rude, uninterested and showed no care for us or our issue.
Having been a lifelong Vodafone customer including a business customer, I have never felt this disappointed in dealing with Vodafone.
I will do my best to no visit the Takanini branch again. Highly recommend you guys sorting this out as from the reviews it seems this issue has been highlighted numerous times already but to no avail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff gave Zero effort except to boot me out when they knew I drove an hour through traffic to collect a phone I ordered online and wanted to pick up the following day except these guys asked me to pick the item up now! The manager didn't once get off her personal call to explain anything except put a great effort to wave her hand at me to wave me off while talking away to her friend on the line. Zero care, Zero effort and if I could this'll be a Zero star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will use another store next time. Slow service when quiet. Only interested in up selling and was meant to have new phone all set up but had to do half myself. The staff were friendly and polite.

Managers also need training on how to handle conflict. Not impressed.
