★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a part for our bandsaw. I phoned up with the model number. Man said that he would check and call back. He did 2 days later and gave me a part number and cost which was 5 times higher than the same part in 2016.
I phoned and talked to someone else who told me the part number was wrong and gave me a new part number.
I went to the store and picked up the parts which turned out to be cheaper than they were in 2016.

Adam and Amy made the repair effortless. W&R Jack have a great product line, with the Virutex sanders being especially reliable.
