The bar tender is nice, he is always interested how your day is.
The cooks are nice and fast, they make delicious, yet affordable food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager has no people skills. She is to young and inexperienced. Down right rude.
She would not serve me all night because I did not wear a mask. I offered to show my medical certificate. Completely snobbed me and gave me the most nastiest looks all night
She told me that I was to loud for cheering and laughing in the games room. I apologised for laughing to loud.
This women manager continued her rudeness towards me all night.I was exiting the property when she hailed to my friend and I.
Ladies you need to leave your glasses behind.
She failed to see I had no glass in my hand.
I took it as her last dig at me b4 leaving the property.
I had had enough.
I voiced words to her that I hardly ever use.
On top of it I just wanted to knock her block off.
Never met anyone as unwelcoming and unprofessional in my life.
Lady find another job.
Or apply to be retrained
You wear it in your eyes how nasty you can be
The only positive about the night was the barman Michael.
He was so kind professional and most welcoming.
Beautiful French accent with a great smile.
Michael you absolutely made my night pleasant and enjoyable. Definitely worth your while taking a Management bar course.

Claire had Passage Rock wine, which was as excellent as always.
Different vibe to all the Waiheke Vineyards- a refreshing change.
It's a club so the usual restrictions apply.
