★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kristin was amazing, so knowledgeable and professional. She has created such a beautiful space to work out in. The equipment is high quality and she is always seems to be researching the newest equipment. Pretty lucky to have such a high quality Pilates studio on the island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been attending classes with Kristin and the team for the last few years and I have to say I love them. The space is so light and bright and it is such a welcoming environment to be in. The equipment is modern and Kristin is always introducing the newest practices and challenges to keep you on your toes. The classes are clearly identified to suit varying levels but Kristin's guidance and intuitiveness to challenge you is what I really enjoy. It is so amazing to have such a beautiful studio on Waiheke!

The professionalism with which she took the class, the exercises we did, and understanding how I can improve and strengthen my body in delicate areas such as the pelvis.
Especially relevant for me after giving birth.
This class made me feel more confident with my body. And. I got some tips to continue with at home.
The studio is always impeccably clean and modern, a delight to the eyes.
I can highly recommend Kristin and her team.
I've also tried another couple of classes there and had the same great experience.
They are just amazing!
