★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey guys, Waihi Sports and Cycles is the only shop you need for all your Bike and Sporting needs. I went in this morning for some handlebar grips for a second hand Fat Tyre Bike that I just bought. Well...the service was 10 Star. Not only did they put the new grips on but also gave my bike a full safety check, free of charge. They answered all my questions and went out of there way to help me. I will never go anywhere else but Waihi Sports and Cycles. These guys know there stuff!!!! Thanks guys, your awesome!!!!! 10 STARS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a bike rack. Wow the best service ever honestly. Long story short we couldn't take the rack immediately but the store was closing. So the shop owner took the bike rack and went to a few other retailers till one was able to hold it for me. Unbelievable Thanks so much Awesome service above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been looking at bikes for ages & decided to local at a local business rather than buying from a chain store. Stock was limited, however, that wasn’t at the stores fault, & it turned out that they still had the right bike for me ?.
I can’t thank the team here enough for helping me choose the right bike to get back into cycling again. Great service, friendly folk & lots of good sound information to help me make the right decision. No pushy sales technics & just honest opinions helped me decide. Being able to try the bike, with lots of direction on what it’s abilities are also gave me opportunity to consider if this would be the right bike for me.
Being able to get it service locally & buying locally from this reputable store also gave me the confidence that I will get support should I ever need it. Throughly enjoyed cycling the bike trail at Waihi Beach 3 times this afternoon & look forward to doing many more local & national trials
