★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a place to park the van near Russell without paying $40 for an unpowered site offered by the other two Russell parks. (The holiday park 10min walk from downtown Queenstown was $40 per night, the two other parks in Russell have no business charging that much. You're in RUSSELL. Rant over.)
We were welcomed by the owners father who was looking over the house and business while they were on vacation. He was a very friendly man and happy to show us to he paddock-turned-campsite. The facilities were basic but clean and the view from the camping area is outstanding.
The sheep and wekas were good company and had a great sleep!
Would certainly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to park our Campervan for the night. Price is fair, especially when compared to other options in town, and the basic facilities are kept very clean. You can shower as long as you need for $2 and the water is very hot. The owner was very friendly, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome! Thanks!
