It's awesome to walk in and see a smile on your child's face everyday . Thanks Craig and team

Their enthusiasm rubs off on the kids as they enjoy going along every week. The skills that the kids learn are brilliant and as a parent I feel good knowing that my kids will be able to protect themselves and if they choose to they can go on to compete!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great option for childcare, they pick up children from specific schools (Nawton, Frankton, Aberdeen, Forestlake and possibly other primary schools I may have forgotten, and Maeroa Intermediate) so parents don't need to leave work to transport them and it makes it more of an option for afterschool care since transport to the venue post school is managed by them.
Great tutors/coaches, good for teaching self-defence, anti-bullying there which is great. The providers are open till 6.30pm each day but there are different classes so most children will have finished at 5.45pm but they are very flexible in allowing parents to pick their children up later and the kids can play in an area till they are picked up. Note:not recommended to pick up 6.30pm Friday as it is quite a wait for the kids that day to be picked up with less activities or things going on that day for kids following classes. I also love that a whole family run the place with the dad as one of the coaches, the mum as a support person to liaise with and to ask queries, the daughter on reception and the son participating in the BJJ but also looking out for kids too. They are kind and thoughtful and are understanding.The other coaches appear friendly and approachable as well :).
Overall really grateful for this after school care. Children have grading and they can earn tabs and later go up belt levels which is a great way to see the progress and they are rewarded with awesome framed certificates when they go up a belt. There are also trophies at the end of the year that specific children get awarded with for acknowledging specific achievements and aspects picked up within the year.
