It was even better than we had hoped. The stone is just perfectly selected and cut, solid and strong, just like our Dad. The lettering is beautifully done and the little bit of gold you added was a really lovely touch.
We’ve never been involved with a process like this before but you made it very easy for us. You kindly made it work within our slightly rushed timeline and the outcome is great workmanship and you’ve clearly used very high quality stone, which is exactly what we wanted it to be for someone who was very very special.
So thank you! We were over the moon when we saw it and are very grateful for your help and truly excellent work.
