★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dog very close to me didn't get the proper care she needed, left in cold concrete cage whilst internal bleeding insued. Vet wouldn't touch her without cash, also patronising and unprofessional. New staff is needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my English bulldog for a C section. Stitches came undone even though dog had not moved around, then was charged $300 to have them restitched. Took same dog back few weeks ago, was charged $80 for antibiotics that didnt fix skin problem and told me it helps if I wash my dog lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our cat Kong hadn’t been well, we took him in and he was diagnosed with cancer. They told us all the information that we needed to know and when it came time to put him down their after hours clinic was absolutely amazing!! They informed us every step of the way and we were able to have him comfortably put to rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know Vet Services are a business but I certainly left feeling like they are more in it for the money than most animal welfare carers I’ve seen. I took in a rescue dog and thought having been recommended this crowd by the SPCA they’d do a more thorough and full on check up but we were in and out in 10 mins, and there wasn’t even any other customers waiting either. And the manner of the staff was far from nice and friendly. I wouldn’t go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been with waikiwi for about 16 years now. Their expertise has been of great value to me. They love the animals and go out of their own time and way to help where can! Whenever I walk in I am always greeted with warm kind faces and smiles ❤ We have been to other vet practices previous and none are as good as Waikiwi if ask me. We have had our loved pets put to sleep a couple of times with them and their compassion for people's feelings is beautiful. I will never go to another vets. Highly recommended in my eyes. I look forward to many more years of service and friendship with my trusted vets Waikiwi.
