She was able to find all of the pain points easily and fix them straight away. I can't really handle massages from anyone else because they don't understand my pain points but every time I leave a session I feel so much better.

Charlotte took the time to understand my needs and provided a solution tailored specifically for me. I walked out of there feeling so much better and would high recommend if you are going to Wanaka be sure to check in and spoil yourself. I have had many massages over the years but I have to say Charlotte’s was a 10 our 10 and my best ever :-) Keep up the good work girls! Kay (Brisbane Australia)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic massage from Paige. After 4 days skiing I was tightening up and worried that it lead lead to an injury. My massage achieved exactly what I needed. Totally freed up my lower back and legs the next morning and I could spring out of bed for 2 more full days of first to last lift skiing. I'll be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like I've slipped into the twilight zone looking at the other reviews here...I had a massage from Paige and it was appalling! She was surly from the moment I arrived and left me sitting there for ages before she even deigned to acknowledged my presence. I love a good firm massage but this was absurd. I was left with significant bruising in multiple places for days afterwards and honestly felt worse than before, even after a couple of days (and litres of h2O). I have regular massages and usually go to Active but couldn't get in at short notice. Really disappointed, found this Paige really unfriendly plus her massage made my back and shoulder pain worse than it was before. Would definitely not return.

I had a really bad pain in my back/shoulder and Paige worked with me to locate where the pain was coming from and massage effectively, I was so relived as I was in so much pain prior! It was a really firm massage, which I asked for, and she kept checking in with me to ensure the pressure was OK. She was also very informative and knowledgeable and helped me realise what may have caused the pain in the first place, which definitely helped! It's a shame I was only in town for a couple of days, otherwise I would have definitely gone back! Highly recommended! (Apologies for the delay in this review!)
