Warehouse stationary to the rescue.. and Cameron was both helpful and super friendly. Great staff member.. even loaned me his pen so I could sign it. Give Star service

He helped but his attitude was unacceptable as a staff. At the end I said “ thank you very much “ and he just ignored and no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was shopping here on Wednesday 18th May a little after 10:30am when the unpleasant incident occurred. Basically went up to the front counter to enquire about having some photos (three photos to be exact) moved from my camera onto my hard drive. It was Antoan who was serving me and he couldn’t have been ruder. He started off by saying that they were too busy to help me and that if I needed help, I would have to wait for one of the other staff members to come off their break in 30 minutes. This was confusing to me because there was already two staff members on the floor and neither one was serving anybody. In store, it was actually only myself and one other shopper. I explained that I couldn’t wait 30 minutes because I had to catch a flight later in the day. I asked why I needed to wait for a third staff member anyway. Antoan said, “don’t argue with me” before going on to say that he and the other girl working had other jobs to do that were more important. Excuse me?? I was asking a fair question and didn’t deserve to be snapped at!! I don’t think it’s fair to make me wait when the store is more or less empty either. I asked what his name was before noticing it was on his badge. He said, “make a complaint if you want. I don’t care because I’m never going to see you again.” This kind of behaviour was baffling to me and honestly left me speechless. Wouldn’t expect this from anyone in retail let alone a MANAGER. Not only will I never shop at this location again, I will never shop at Warehouse Stationery again. Just want to add too, the other man and woman who were working couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, and transferring my photos took no more than 60 seconds. Antoan was just so volatile towards me that I can’t justify returning based on the interaction I had with him. Stay away from this place unless you feel like being abused.
