★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not happy the way they dealt with my new watch. It was a new gold Hilfiger watch gifted to me, and I was asking them to put a new batteries on it. I was so devastated and shocked seeing my watch with a scratch when it came back to me. The staff carelessly tried so many attempts to open the back of my watch to the point that it leaves a very obvious mark and scratch it.
One staff came to me saying " I could not open the back of the watch to put a battery on it. I need our watchmaker men to have it done. " When I look at the back of my watch trying to examine what she meant, I was so shock and devastated to discover that my watched had a scratch. In my mind this staff tried to forcefully open the back of the watch perhaps without care in so many attempts to the point that it leave a marked. I ask the staff what happened to the watch and I was surprised with her reply. I felt offended.
I will not anymore come back to them. And I will not recommend them to any of my friends as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the place to go get jewellery fixed . They say something and charge something else . The rudeness is shocking . I was told different prices every time . Go to Huges directly . He is a respected person . The women in that place are a shocker . Rip off . Please never go there . I will never recommend anyone to this shocking place . Terrible n horrible. The worst place for repair . Worst place to be . Never ever in my life I ever want to see those women . They just pretend they know what they are doing . Biggest rip offs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ picked up my ring ( very sentimental, left to me from my late mother) it was there to get the claws replaced around a garnet. got out to my car after collecting and noticed the garnet in a plastic bag stapled to the paper bag with a note saying " garnet fell apart on removing. always a risk with softer stones" problem is, no one warned me this was a risk in replacing a claw. no one phoned me to tell me it broke. no one told me when I picked up the ring. went back in to question it( was visibility upset) and felt totally unheard and no offer for solution. I was told " your lucky it didn't get swept up with the rubbish on the jeweler's floor" and "at least you still have her gold" what a horrible thing to say when they knew my mum had passed away!! They lady is the rudest person I have met in a business.
Really upset and feel totally let down. terrible communication. the ring means so much to me and now it is a totally different ring to me.
