Phoned at 1.12pm 14/10/2021 was informed by Stacy that a sales rep would ring me back in a few minutes, obviously didn't happen as at 4.45pm I purchased a $4500.00 motor from another Whangarei firm... Guess what? They rang me today, 19/10/2021 at 8.45am. Obviously they don't have a clue about customer service, or care.

Bought a small inline fuel filter for my outboard. Charged $65. Did some research when I got home and the identical unit elsewhere is 35-45. Huge mark up! First and last visit.

Had my Mercury serviced here for warranty purposes. Told the team I had battery and start issues at service time. They responded by saying I needed a new battery at the time of service.After which a had the same battery tested at a reputable dealer who said there was no issues. Turns out I actually needed a new alternator but due to covid I could not have know this as I was locked down in Auckland without the chance of testing my boat after the service until after the warranty period had expired. 3 months over the warranty period to be precise. I now have to pay for an issue that I believe should have been sorted at the previous service. Warren and the team have not being willing at all to negotiate due to the circumstances, which I believe them to be partially at fault.
