Pretty average service overall. Heat pumps were positioned in the wrong place after several consultations. Holes were drilled in the exterior of the house compromising water integrity. Conduit had to be run around the exterior of the house due to heat pumps being incorrectly positioned. The conduit is an eye sore and collects leaves and debris. At no point would Wasbi acknowledge the mistake.

I thought their Terms and Conditions were pretty unreasonable at first (such as rights to use my details for marketing), but they amended them by removing these as soon as I asked. They were them straight into the job. They came straight away, when they said they would. Had excellent and professional tradesmen and did an excellent job. Thanks team. Would highly recommend to anyone

we had a solar system installed, back in 2015 or 2016, in Wellington. We have had problems right from the start with the Enphase monitor, and have phoned the company a number of times. However, now that we are spending more time in NZ under lock down, we are watching the monitor, and you guessed it, faulty again. Asked someone to call out, they came, and the monitors are not being made anymore, nor can you get parts. Really - yes, REALLY. Solar is anything but cheap to instal, and one would think the monitor would go for more than this. Oh, they took it apart, found saw dust and insects. Um, saw dust from cutting winter wood in another garage - separated by a wall). Our comments were, obviously, the casing of the monitor, is cheap, and if they company knew this, why advise us to instal it in the garage when it could clearly have been installed in the house, or have had its own protective box made so the inferior casing of the monitor would be protected. NO we got no such advice, and now, its just under $2,000 including GST to get a new one. We feel extremely let down, and originally thought the company were efficient, but now have many queries. If we get one of their Enphase Envoy S Monitoring Systems, will it be 4 or 5 years and we are heading down the same track of yet another replacement. We have NEVER known whether all of our solar panels are working or not, because of this component not working correctly from day 1. Clearly, we are not at all happy.

Our heat pumps were installed by Ryan and Marley on Monday 15/10/18. They were very efficient and tidy. Our consultant Paul Spittal was most helpful by visiting our place and making recommendation of the correct size of the heat pumps and where they should be placed, as well as discussion of costs. This is the second time that Wasabi air has installed heat pumps at our place. Thank you also to Jordan. I would highly recommend Wasabi Air. The rooms are now warm and cosy and there is no need to put on the electric blankets.

We had a new construction and I got in touch with Wasabi from the start. I am very happy with their professionalism and finish. I had a few enquires and small teething issues which they never gave any fuss and came to fix in very short turn around time. I met various Trades during this project and Wasabi is certainly in the top group.

Disrespectful of the space they were working in. Polite when they did talk to me and eventually installed a heatpump successfully (took 2 tries because they broke the first one, which again they didn't tell me about) but unplugged my wifi for the day without letting me know or asking, trampled my flower garden, knocked over my pot plant, left the rubbish from unboxing everything in the way of moving through my home, left my front door open for the rain to come in all day even when they weren't here, and left bits of plastic and screws lying around afterwards! It also took like 6 different dudes the whole day to install 1 heatpump...

Perfect job. Great communication with excellent advice. Took time to work with us on the best result for a heat pump in our apartment. Provided all the capping in advance so we could paint, and it looks great. Nice and warm now.

Bad experience all round. Salesman recommended a unit too small for the rooms, large team of rude installers took far too long and left rubbish around/didn't put furniture back, just generally had no respect for others property. The worst part - it took another three call outs to get things working due to water leaks and really noisy unit at 3 a.m. Then to top it off they installed a broken cover on the outside unit then took almost five months to replace after questioned. A. simple apology or even less arrogant attitude would have been nice.
