★ ★ ★ ★ ★ car came out worse than it was when it went in for a clean.. spoke to forecourt attendant who despite being the only person on, wasn't authorised to give a refund. Gave my details to forecourt attendant for the manager to call the following day, its been a month and still havent heard from them.
