β β β β β AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Driver was seen driving straight past our bin, has been missed more times than emptied, when complained about they constantly say "it will be emptied by the end of the day" which so far has taken a week every time. Caught them out on a lie when they emailed and said "the driver said they went through my neighborhood super early" which wouldn't have mattered because at that time my bin had been curbside for a WEEK! Thinking of switching to them because it's cheaper than Envirowaste?? DON'T!

β β β β β Bin wasn't collected so called to ask why, was told our service was canceled in 2020 yet they still collected every week up until last week 7th June 2022. We pay annually on time everytime. We had asked them to replace our bin due to the driver damaging it in 2020 and they never responded.

β β β β β Company is clearly understaffed and resourced, would stay away as much as possible. Very difficult to get through to the customer service team, does not send invoices or notify if bills have not been paid. Bin was often not collected and very difficult to cancel service.

β β β β β They forget to pick up our bin so many times! We put it out the night before like they suggest and they still donβt pick it up!!!! I literally just paid the bill 4 days ago and they donβt pick it up. I called them and they were sure my bin wasnβt out when it was!!!! They are so unreliable and I do not recommend them. We now have a full bin and have been told to wait until next week when they can come get it!

β β β β β Have been with this company for over 10 years and their service has only got worse as the years go on. The phones are often turned to answer machine which says you have rung outside office hours, and if you do leave a message you are lucky to hear back within a month. The bin has been missed so many times often weeks on end, it isn't the office peoples fault when it happens but it is hard not to show my frustration at the situation to them.

β β β β β After very long waits on the phone to talk to customer service (I never got a reply from emails), the actual individual employees who took my calls were super kind and tried to be helpful. However thatβs where the positive experience ended. Different areas of the company donβt seems to know what the other departments are doing. We had four weeks of service and not once was our rubbish picked up as scheduled, despite following their instructions on where to put our bin. After a month of weekly calls, we decided to change companies. Four weeks of troublesome service and they charged me for 18 weeks as only refunded me for 34 weeks of pickups. Envirowaste costs a wee bit more, but are worth it. Go with them and save yourself a lot of headaches and money.

β β β β β Missed bin collection twice, third time only emptied half the rubbish, then management dodges my calls to have my service refunded. 0/10 avoid at all costs
Edit: been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks and called up to find that it was never lodged and I would have to wait another week. But at least they will refund my service faster than it took them to collect my bin once.

β β β β β Over the last year we've had lots of road construction on our street. Rather than communicating and organising an alternative pick up location for our wheelie bin, Waste Management just skips us. At its worst we missed out on our pick up for 3 weeks in a row. When I call to organize a pick up the people on the phone are less than helpful. We've had around 10 weeks where our bin was not picked up.
I get that road construction/maintenance is out of their control but a responsible company should be able to work around this. I will admit that the first time I called they gave us some "credit" on my account however the subsequent calls were met with a "not our problem" attitude.
