Pulled up for the first time today and whilst at the way bridge the lady was really helpful and advised where i can unload the rubbish. In and out with no fuss

Google states that the waste management is open until 6pm however when I arrived at 4.45pm it was closed. When I called their number an after hours person answered and advised the opening hours are actually 9.30 to 4.30??? Not a great experience waste management!!!! Very angry!!!!!

Crooks - dropped off 3 wooden pallets and a bunch of plastic bags which they charged us for 300kgs of waste, would have weighed 80kgs at a push - $45 later

Working in the weighbridge kiosk of Waste Management Transfer Station, Hamiora Place this Labour weekend, so Katherine could have time off with her family. Met some customers/public from Rotorua East side. Great place to dump your General waste or Green waste

Convenient location and the prices are good. It's cheaper to go out to the landfill towards Tokoroa but you're paying for convenience here. Up to the user. The staff are always cheerful and willing to help. They have sound advice and are very patient for newcomers unfamiliar with the processes.

What a horrible service from the Rotorua branch. I ordered a 9M skip bin, which is the largest one they have on a Monday and to be dropped off on a Tuesday... Tuesday came and i waited for the bin to be dropped off, got to late afternoon around 3.30pm, no bin had been dropped off.., i rang the office after a 30min Wait finally i was attended too, i explained my situation and the agent had to call the driver and found out he can't drop the bin off till the next day... I asked for an early morning drop off as i an my family was to travel to Auckland to drop our eldest son off to his rugby camp... We waited and waited till 10am No Bin and no calls from anyone, i had to call again and was told the delivery driver will call me later on the day so i can tell them to where to put the skip bin... When we arrived into Auckland and later in the afternoon, i got another call from one of the agent to say they can't drop the Skip Bin till the next day Thursday.... So around mid morning Thursday, i finally got the call from the driver to say that he's at my house dropping off the skip bin... We ended up staying in Auckland for a funeral and a wedding in the weekend and returned home on Sunday night... When we got home we notice the skip bin is smaller then the normal 9M skip bin we ordered... I am very disappointed and disgusted to been given a wrong bin as we ordered and paid for on the online waste management website, as thats what we were told and instructed from the dumping station on Te Ngae Rd... This is total Rip off, if we didn't know of the sizes of the skip bin they would have gone off with our money by giving us a smaller skip bin... They have dropped off the 7.5M Skip Bin with really rusted as bottom and we are afraid if we load the bin with our house hold item's the bottom parts might fall apart and brake off...... Just a warning to everyone that will be ordering Skip Bins from Waste Management to make sure to measure your size Skip Bins when they drop it off.... This is not a good service and am not happy at all with your service and you should have let us know if you don't have the proper size that we order and give us refund on the rest of our money instead of cheating us... Not happy at all... Will be making a complaint to the head office on whats happened and have taken photo of the bin and the bottom part as it's a hazard especially on the roads...
