★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Hugo to be extremely helpful recently when I discovered I was out of hot water due to a broken element in our hot water cylinder which was located in the ceiling of our house, I needed him to drain the cylinder before the electrician could replace the element. I rang him and he answered straight away and was able to come to look at the job first thing in the morning. He called me to arrange a time to meet and he was on time. He was extremely helpful in finding the issue to be the responsibility of the builders who hadn't installed the drain to the cylinder and had not put in the outlet to the outside of the roof. He was able to instruct me what to do and what to find out from the Council to locate the plumber responsible. He kept in contact with me all day until I finally had a resolution with the other plumber. he was even willing to change his jobs around to fit us in if the plumber wouldn't come to the party. I can't thank him enough for his help and expertise and going out of his way to help. I would recommend Hugo and Water Craft Plumbing to anyone. Would certainly use him again.

Told them what happened and they guided me through a wee process, job ened up being small which I could fix, great phone manor and customer service, will totally be calling these guys if I have any future problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hugo from Water Craft Plumbing was brilliant in handling our plumbing and water flashing requirements. Arrived when he said he would, and kept in contact all the way through the process and followed up to monitor proceedings.
Water Craft are simply awesome! - no problem in highly recommending them to anyone who wants professional reliable service at really reasonable rates.I think we all desire to save some money in these deteriorating economic days.

We contacted several plumbers about a job to replace a leaking solar water system with an on demand gas system in a rural location in Canterbury. Hugo was the only plumber that showed up to provide a quote when he said he would. He did a complete professional job. I would have Hugo work on our house again if we needed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hugo from Water Craft Plumbing upgraded our low pressure HWC to gas mains pressure. He was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, he gave us great guidance when he visited to give us a quote for the work which we found very useful when determining what / how we wanted to do things.
Hugo’s quote was much more realistic and competitive than quotations we received form other plumbers we got in.
The upgrade to gas mains pressure was completed about a week after we accepted Water Crafts quote. Hugo helped us to set up the gas bottle delivery and electrical work – he got the actual work done quickly in less than a day, with minimal disruption to the household.
This was a seamless experience from start to finish. The work was completed efficiently at a great price with minimum fuss. I would not hesitate in recommending Water Craft to anybody who requires gas or plumbing services.
