About Waterworks NZ
Gary is a fitter-turner by trade and has over 25 years' experience in the business of design, sales and service of pumping equipment and water supply systems. He is the technical encyclopaedia and design guru, who finds a solution no matter how complex the application. He has walked many miles in the installers boots, supplying and installing thousands of pumps across NZ, keeping the wheels of many industries turning. In fact, it would be fair to say that most of the “green spots” visible when flying across the Taranaki dairy farm landscape during a mid-summer drought, are the result of his work. He has found nothing more satisfying in his hands-on work than livening an irrigation system for the first time, after spending hours designing and installing it. He is definitely a DIY kinda guy, who believes only perfect is good enough. His understanding of flow and pressure in piping systems is second to none. If there was ever a trusted advisor in the piping industry it, has to be encapsulated in this genius. Even the most experienced pipe installers tap into his wealth of knowledge and phone 0800 Gary. When he is not busy with technical stuff, sorting hire tooling or putting quotes together for our clients, he can be found enjoying the outdoors and loves a good BBQ with friends and family.
