β β β β β Doing Animals at wattle bay is a destroying experience in the winter when the park is wet and slippery and when the iPad does not work when it gets wet. Ferthermore Wattle bay is a soul searching park with many positive and negatives but when dry under foot and not to hot, it's a good bush bash, and rewarding when you get your days worth of work done, and good for mental health...????οΈ???βΉοΈ?????and stations completed.???

This reserve is located at the sidewalk from Waikowhai Walkway and entrance is from Canberra Avenue.
Well maintained and beautiful views.
Seating and benches are provided at regular distances all the way from Waikowhai Walkway to the entrance.
Couple of viewpoints with dedicated viewing areas and seats can be found during walk in this reserve.
There is dedicated but limited parking area.
Wheelchair parking is available and there is wheelchair accessible entrance.
Could not spot any public restrooms in plain view at this location.

β β β β β Despite the fact you're in a busy suburb, this reserve makes you feel miles away. Such an amazing piece of nature that suddenly makes you feel like you're deep in the bush. Amazing native plants and animals around. If you walk down to the coast, there are a number of small, secluded beaches. Really peaceful and beautiful place!
