Took out her teeth and misplaced them, missing jewellery All the manager did was change the story and lie . Care very average. Feel sorry for the staff as very under staffed. Needs updating in all areas including there computers. Lack of communication between staff. I’d really think twice before putting your loved one into this place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting waverly house for over 8 years now. I can happily say that under the new management it seems so much more lively and bright. The staff is very caring and mindful of the resident’s needs. I am pleased to see how they include many different activities for residents in their day to day life. When I get there the atmosphere is very family like, some are singing, some are watching tv or even enjoying their Friday afternoon beverage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what can I say. Waverley has given my beautiful mum a new lease on life. Right from management to her every day carers, nurses etc. Even with dementia she is living her best life. Soo much respect and fun. She is living her best life. I soo did my homework, Waverly won first hand. Thankyou soo much to you all, Looking after the most precious in our family. Xxxx
