★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here for both wax and laser. Couldn't recommend it enough. Gilly for waxing is totally professional and great at the distracting chat so you don't feel the pain(as much!). Gabby for laser is lovely and was very realistic about what I was going to get out of laser and what I could expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for 3+ years for laser & electrolysis - and I'd NEVER go anywhere else. They are always amazing when I have things pop up last minute and I appreciate their loyalty rates. Skill of the technicians is amazing and you feel incredibly comfortable even in a bit of a vulnerable position! They also don't oversell packages for when you don't really need sessions. I am as smooth as a baby dolphin and it's thanks to this impeccable team of ladies. Thanks Gabby, Nikita and Maria :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing Gabby every 4-6 weeks for quite a while. She is always nice, smiley and seems genuinely interested in what you’ve been up to. The chat continues while she does the laser hair removal, so it takes your mind off what is happening.
If you’ve been thinking about getting laser hair removal, I’d definitely recommend going to wax n laser and seeing if you can see Gabby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this clinic for easily 6 years now, I will never go anywhere else. I lost my Brazilian virginity to Alice in the Lower Hutt clinic and never looked back. They really do have it down to an art. For me it isn't just about the quality of the treatment (not that I could ever fault it) I personally find it incredibly anxiety provoking to reveal all of my past mistakes and wobbly bits to a stranger. But never have I ever ever felt judged by any of these woman. The professionalism they all carry is profound. I go into these daunting appointments nervous and leave grinning, feeling like a queen and overflowing with body confidence. What a profound gift. The management are on to something, Wax and laser is just brimming with professional, respectful and decent staff members. I have never felt disappointed on leaving an appointment. Ladies if you feel vulnerable getting your kit off, I would recommend you do it here. Thank you so much wax and laser, I don't have a bad word to say about you. Thank you pinky and brain for using humor to dull the stinging of the back of the legs. Gabby who seems to always have everything under control, Maia who is picking things up so quickly! Sonia, thank you for brightening my day. the cute receptionist whose name I don't know yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brazilian wax 4days ago, was a last minute booking before a holiday. Did not hurt as much compared to a standard wax I've experienced at 3 other clinics and this place is clean!! Very important for waxing. They are kind and chatty, place also supplies for quick-use wipes (but best to preshowered etc). Highly recommend.
Aftercare is important. Clean scrubbers, perfume free moisturizer after shower, correct length of hair before wax and I use pfb roll on for rashes.
