The only thing i'm not too happy about is the lack of knowledge about products

We need to support small businesses like this, to make sure they are around to provide us give good advise and help we need and for people like me who prefer to buy in store face to face rather than online.

The shop is near the main street and I like the staff at this shop, because they are well trained and they always have a good approach to serving customers if they will ask for anything.
