★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim provides excellent therapy. She "reads" the body well and sets a plan that suits individual. I received acupuncture followed with cupping massage of shoulders and upper back. The acupuncture gave me relief of lower back pain within 2
weekly sessions and cupping massage was the icing on the cake. It's a massage that if you've had deep tissue massage in past, is definitely better option than sports or deep tissue massage....released so much tightness across my upper-back and shoulders that i was helped return back to finishing packing down my house to move within 3 sessions and my back is continuing to be fine. I would recommend both acupuncture and massage cupping for quick recovery of back and shoulder pain absolutely and continue with follow up weekly or 2wkly sessions to ensure recovery is longterm....which is the weekly sessions I'm doing now in Cambridge, Hamilton. Have to say Kim, the cupping sessions here are the old practice of slapping cups on back and leaving with those horrible big bruises. Therapist here doesn't do your cupping massage. You might want to run workshops for other therapists, bring them into 2021. I told him I never got bruised with your sessions. NOT ONE, he looked surprised. So people if you want quick relief from the pain in first instance then ring Kim and enjoy the change that takes place. Relief from pain in short term and cupping massage to ensure acupuncture benefits are enhanced and your body will thanku for it.

At my first appointment she took the time to listen to me, and with her knowledge of Chinese Medicine Acupuncture was able to improve my movement and reduce my pain. Kim is very friendly and I always enjoy my visits with her.

I have struggled with poor circulation in my feet for all my adult life, so much so my feet often turned blue. Not only was this uncomfortable, I was always highly conscious of my feet, never wore sandals in social situations and always had a pair of socks in my handbag to put on at people's houses.
To be honest I didn't think acupuncture would make much difference, but it changed everything. Kim made the appointments stress free, she listened, understood, and explained why she was using needles in certain areas. My circulation improved steadily, and I no longer suffer from blue feet!
I would highly recommend Kim. She was understanding, effective and inclusive in her treatment plan.
