★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah is very clear with treatment options and planning. She is well organised and she sees all of her patients personally.
I find she is also very adept at communicating with her child patients. Kids seem to be able to chat away to her and they are able to ask questions about their treatment. This all makes for a tip top orthodontic experience.

I can tell that Sarah wants to provide the best possible result regarding my treatment I feel that any other treatment provider would have possibly taken my braces off me now as to me my teeth now look perfect but Sarah noticed minor things (that I didn't even notice) that she knew she could fix.
I would recommend Sarah to anyone, Thank you Sarah I will be forever grateful for her fixing my teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sarah Ting and her team (Merrin) are absolutely fantastic. I went to a few orthodontists before choosing Dr Ting and chose her because of her exceptional explanations of the timeframe with regards to the braces in addition to her thoroughness with explaining everything. Dr Sarah Ting helped me with my class iii malocclusion ( something I have been struggling with for years) to ensure I was able to finally have a proper bite and beautiful smile. This was after many other orthodontists said it was too hard! Nothing is too hard for Dr Ting!
Dr Sarah Ting has honestly been a godsent and has changed my life. Many people who saw me before and after I have had braces are amazed and I tell them it is Dr Ting who has fixed me.
Also, whenever I have an issue with retainers ( for example my dog destroyed them), Dr Ting and Merrin booked me in to see Dr Ting the next day. I am truly blown away by Wellington Braces and would highly recommend to choose Dr Sarah Ting as their orthodontist. Dr Ting is definitely the best orthodontist around and is very approachable and friendly.

2. Amazing at answering questions
3. Books you in for emergency appointments for example when I had my retainers destroyed by my dog
I can assure you that no other orthodontist will ever do this for their patient and I am wowed by the amazing customer service. I have been a patient for around 3 years and would only recommend Wellington Braces. The wait to see Dr Sarah Ting is worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an farm accident when I was 17 almost knocking out my front teeth, and one tooth died. I lost my smile with crooked teeth, and couldn't clean between them properly. Wellington Braces straightened them using invisaline, and my smile and wellbeing is back with clean straight teeth. I agree they are the best in Wellington.

I’m sure Merrin (receptionist) is normally great, I must have caught her on an off day as she was rather impatient and harsh. After settling up with her, I felt very upset leaving the practice.
