Bindy Baker
Bindy graduated from the University of Otago as a Clinical Psychologist in 1992. She worked as a psychologist in Dunedin until late 2016 when she moved to the Coolest Little Capital in the world.
Bindy is trained in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and schema therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to help them identify negative life patterns and make positive change. She works predominately with adults and those in their late teens, and has experience in providing both short and long-term therapy for issues including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and managing long-term health issues. She also has a special interest in executive coaching and professional supervision assisting clients to maximise work and life satisfaction.
Bindy has also provided well-being education sessions, consultancy and advice to a range of organisations including schools and workplaces.
