★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A first class experience from start to finish. Our house is fairly large, was cold and had high power bills with an old heat pump and oil radiators. Tim came round and recommended a multi unit system upstairs with ceiling cassettes and two wall mounted heat pumps downstairs. We had it all installed last week and are over the moon. The products are brilliant, the guys that fitted them were extremely professional, clean and tidy and Laura was friendly and helpful. Our house has been transformed and it is pleasant to live here (and our power consumption has halved!). I cannot recommend this company more highly. You will not be disappointed.

Had a tech on site in about an hour ( we were a bit lucky) quickly diagnosed the issue and attempted a fix, when that didn’t work were quickly back to resolve and we once again have hot water which is so nice on a cold Wellington morning. Balanced cost vs time very well and doing the right thing for the customer vs just throwing parts at an issue which can end up being very pricey. Kept me well informed through the job. highly recommend for their friendly, professional service.
