We have been in the hunt for a first home for just under a year and have inquired on properties all around Wellington, meeting many different local agents along the way. Since day 1, Alice and the team have made it their personal mission to help us get on the ladder with weekly phone calls and market updates.
We have finally found our first home through APA and since the purchase, Alice, Pano and Andrew have done all the work making everything seamless!

Being a 1st home buyer, I completely don't know what to do but Alice guide me every single step of the way. I cannot ask for anyone else based on my experience with her. She was available anytime whenever i consult or i have enquiry with her and she answered it in a very timely manner. From my memory, Alice showed up when i booked to see the apartment for the first time and it was funny because she brought a wrong key. She was apologetic but she handled it with fun, poise and calmness. I really recommend her as an agent. Thank you so much Alice - you made my dream come true - to be a property owner in Aotearoa. Michelle Sasse also was very helpful to me.

Having sold several properties now with differing agents and agencies, I can without a doubt say that Alice and the Ray White Team are the absolute best I have ever come across.
From the very beginning Alice outlined a very clear plan for my sale and made sure every step of the way was well organized and as easy as possible. I never had to chase anything up because Alice would regularly check in in the lead up to the sale to let me know how things were placed, and as soon as we went to market I was given daily updates.

Even when the market was hot (where most agents were practically ignoring creating relationships with buyers) Alice listened to what I was after and would get in contact when she had a listing that I may be interested in.
