β β β β β The quality of work is poor. One staff from WES did an unsatisfied work in cleaning our 2 units yesterday. He cleaned only reached part of heat pump while the inside was unable to clean it. Even the unit (fan) outside home was poorly cleaned. He just sprayed water outside and on the top. The deal costs $99 on grab one Waikato. All necessary requirements listed as part of the service were not performed on site.
I ended up doing cleaning and it's better.
Not recommend their service.
Can you please refer to the photo send through? Is that the end result of cleaning? It's completely not clean inside.

β β β β β What a great company to deal with. Prompt communication, great service, very quick installing on the day, 4 hours 2 heat pumps done. Would recommend these guys and the product that they installed.

β β β β β Mani was great, I'm very happy we went with WES for our install. He came on time (!), installed the heat pump in just a few hours, and didn't leave a mess behind. I've had other heat pump installers take a much longer time, charge a lot more, and do a much less professional job than he did.
I'd highly recommend WES, and will be using them for all my future heat pump installs and servicing.
