★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place it has good food, a big pool, and is just really fun. One thing is that I wish the diving boards would be open whenever I go. Overall a very fun place to spend time with the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pools are insanely cold compare to other kid friendly pools like Albany.
The lazy river feels even colder and it's not connected to the main pool, so you have to walk in the cold to get to it.
The swimming lanes are nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful front desk staff. They go out of their way to help you. Pools are good and well suited for kids/beginners. There's a learn to swim school which is pretty good and my son currently attends this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Children love it here, plenty of space to splash around while they wait for the big waves. Hot food onsite for a quick bite or hot cup of coffee, also close to shops if you need to head out. Hydro slides, lazy river, big waves, multiple swimming spots, plenty to keep the kids busy. Overall family loved it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our local pool and just the best. Cheap hydroslides, a wave pool, multiple lap pools and free swimming for the kids on the weekend? You can't go wrong here for quality time. I do wish the diving boards were open for public access though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the learning pool for birthday party , although the staff knowledge about the schedule and plan and etc seems lacking. But the pool is huge and the depth is right for range of kids from 5 above with no supervision, :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a huge location located out west with a range of different pools for everyone to use. Brilliant concept of having a split lane pool which can be either 25m or 50m to increase lane capacity.
Staff are super friendly and do help out especially for first timers who may not know how it all works.
Good facilities overall and great for a summer visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is well kept and maintained. The upgrades to the adult spa pool is amazing. Would love to see life guards being a bit more proactive to maintain the rules of kids mucking around when it's crowded. But other than that love to go to pools more than anywhere else.
