★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who work here are among the most corrupt human beings I have ever had the displeasure to meet. My sister's dog ended up here when he escaped through a hole in the fencing, and she is still trying to get him back. They are charging her an insane fee, even though this is a one-time occurrence and they only held onto him for a day. Having lost her job due to COVID, it would be nice to see a little more compassion displayed. I always knew that dog pounds only cared about the money and couldn't care less about the animals, but now I know for sure. Dog pounds only exist to squeeze money out of people as they hold their beloved pets at ransom. To them, the sweet reunion between pet and owners means nothing. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night.
