It’s the common phone number that only ever gets me in touch with a heavily accented telephonist and I am only ever able to understand half of what they say and even then they completely contradicted the local branch about the need to sign a particular document. I had to use a broker to phone up the closest branch as a go between but that did not even work as eventually nobody contacted me to get the document signed before the deadline.
They clearly don't care about deadlines and they clearly don't care about customers being unable to understand WP representatives over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hard to get things done fast. Eg only ever 2 staff on at counters and they need to be more online friendly. It seems for the smallest of things you are forced to go into a branch and when u live 25min drive away and have work kids etc it's a real hassle. I'd like to say nice staff tho.
