★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical of Oamaru, their bank won't even let me into the lobby using my card after hours to use the ATM, so I was unable to withdraw money. Quite an inconvenience. Typed into Google for another Westpac ATM and headed for the one between the Four Square and Kawasaki motorcycle store. Arrive to find out ATM was pulled out over a year ago. Another inconvenience. Thankfully there was a Bank of New Zealand ATM at the New World up the road, which was only barely open, having jumped through hoops already.
