As i joined Westpac today the service Takapuna branch offers is near impeccable, i had the pleasure of being served by Arron, he was very knowledgeable about what Westpac had to offer and answered any query i had. I Highly recommend this branch.

Racist Bank! A teller didn’t allow me to open a bank account due to my nationality, Thankfully BNZ just checked my visa and documents and opened a Bank account for me straight away! They also wrote β€œChinese” new year instead of Lunar mew year, as if only Chinese celebrate the lunar new year.

Hey so just before level 4 lock down a little while back there was a lady singing and encouraging the disgruntled customers to sing aswell, so along with diffusing the tension she then decided to suggest singing some elvis, me and several other customers heard and appreciated this downright joyous and positive gesture at a very difficult time so cheers lady who rocked elvis to boost moral, keep up the great work.

Worst westpac ever. The lady behind the counter is incredibly slow and talks to herself which just confuses the customers. They only have 1 staff member on. After being told on the phone yes I can get a debit card immediately in store I went in. The lady asked what I was here for I said I needed a nameless debit card that I can use immediately. She said yes no problem won't be long. 20 minutes of waiting including waiting for someone who ISNT EVEN A WESTPAC CUSTOMER I was then told no thats not possible it is a 10 day wait. Absolute waste of time. Am now in the process of moving all my business and personal banking elsewhere. Not to mention their customer carpark is impossible to maneuver into and the customer parks are always filled with the same cars. In other words definitely not customer cars

Terrible bank customer service. Blunt staff. Put us off moving our mortgage the were so unhelpful and rude.

Dreadful customer service. Asking me what a cash lodgement was?? Telling me β€˜ do you a deposit β€œ! Then after three times saying the amount I was - depositing. The bank teller incorrectly entered the lodgement amount. To busy talking to her colleagues than focus on the customers needs. Awful bank. Thankfully I no longer use Westpac. Dreadful service from their Queen Street branch too.
