★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Mike 8 days ago requesting a quote for a minor job to my property. He said he would pop over later in the week to have a look and quote. I also sent him photos of the job. By Wednesday no quote but received an email advising he would get me the quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went but no quote received. Now Monday night 8 days after intial contact I get an email advising he is to busy and cant do the job. Surely he could have told me this 8 days ago. Poor service and doesn't deliver on commitments.
