★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't place support pads under my car when lifting it up on the hoist. Could have damaged components under the car. The car was sitting on the fuel tank.
I was a mechanic for 13 years I would never have done anything like this, I told him about it, he gave me an excuse that it was a belly lift and it was okay, This is not okay this is lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time I went to Wheel Repair Services and it was a Sunday afternoon. I had just very badly kerbed the front 18" mag of my near new car. To my surprise these guys were open & they told me that the mag could be repaired within 2 days. Keeping their promise John completed the repair within the timeframe and did an amazing job of my mag, it looks brand new! At the same time I asked John's team to replace the tires and carry out an alignment all on New Years eve. Both John and his wife were very friendly, genuine and hospitable while I was waiting. Completely stoked with the result and I would highly recommend these guys for all mag repairs, new tires & alignments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. I got quoted $140 for a rim repair, ended up saying 2 flat spots so $180, then charged gst on top and rim is probably worse with poor vibrations. Turned around, took it back and trusted them to sort, staff on the floor were good with balancing and service but ultimately the wheel repair was no good. They tried re-balancing and never ended up fixing wheel properly. Got on motorway and shaking was still there, so got home and swapped front and rear tyres which shifted vibration to confirm it was the 'repaired' rim. Ironically the repaired rim had a third in balancing weights (see photo)... not a good fix if that is required. Rung and spoke to them, he said "I don't think there is much more I can do". If you charge $207 to fix a rim that I could have purchased new for $280 - then you need to be able to fix it or don't say you can. Again, nice guys on the floor, but after 6+ hours as a business owner, I have given up and will need to buy a new rim and lose $207 - not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After making the mistake of lending my car to a friend I ended up with a chunk out of a wheel - these guys fixed it professionally, quickly and with a reasonable price. Ended up grabbing some new tyres while I was there - recommended! Will definitely return.
Extra note: the workshop has brand new equipment for alignments and a huge stock of tyres. Also took a photo of the truck hoist for alignments - when I looked around for my campervan it wasn't easy to find somewhere with a hoist that can take larger vehicles.

Restored my HSV GTO Monaro factory mag wheels back to original condition.
One wheel was out of balance and they fixed it with out question.
Good old fashion service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier in 2021 I needed 4 new tyres (on a Sunday). Great they were open. Yesterday however, one of the tyres 'popped'. On inspection - all the tyres had not been sealed before being fitted on the rims and the valves were not replaced. So, one tyre had worn down on the inside so much it had to be replaced! Poor service & attention to detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Shocking! John looked like he was busy and i completely understand that but he didn't seem interested at all in getting my rim fixed. In his words " i don't want to get involved ", instead of basically just saying.. it's not something i can do or it's not worth doing. Shocking customer service from the owner and operator. Definitely won't be going back here. Plus there was literally no one in the office or the workshop for a good 10 minutes, till John heard me in the workshop asking if someone could help. A-
