★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin at wheeler motor company was great to deal with. I was very interested in a vehicle and Kevin was everything but pushy, so nice to deal with and gave me plenty of time to think. Unlike other salespersons I’ve encountered. He occasionally checked up with a nice demeanour.
I unfortunately didn’t get a vehicle due to personal reasons but I thought I should share my experience with Kevin and Wheeler Motor Company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first communication from the team I have had fantastic service. Steve, Ryan, Oliver have all been awesome - friendly, professional and ready to help sort out any issues. I love my car and have had no hassles with it over the last year - other than a minor issue out of their control that has taken a while to fix. I would definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to return to them for next vehicle - just wish they had a branch close to me on the North Island.

They had the car transported to Auckland and it arrived without damage.Steve,Nick,Sheldon and Ryan have been wonderful throughout the entire deal.Excellent after Sales service.Nothing was a problem for them.There must be something in the water in the South Island. A friendliness i have never found in North Island car dealers. Will not hesitate in recommending Wheeler Motor Company to friends and family;Loving my 2010 Lexus GS450h.

The Whole Team at WMC helped get me into the exact vehicle that I was wanting.
Everyone was super helpful and the entire process was smooth and not rushed.
As we were in the Covid days of old, the vehicle was even delivered to me early on a Friday evening to take for a test drive.
WMC would be my first call when I or anyone in the family need a vehicle in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately almost a year to the day after purchasing a vehicle from here we started to have issues with the vehicle and have since had multiple issues. Luckily we purchased a 3 year extended warranty however this doesn’t appear to cover a lot. We have attempted to come to an amicable solution to being sold basically a lemon but to no avail. The yard manager Johnny is patronising, dismissive and clearly needs some education on communication strategies so avoid him at all costs.
Unfortunately integrity is not a strong point here and ‘dodgy car dealer’ springs to mind.
I do not recommend dealing here.
