★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic knowledgeable staff. The Scottish lady who looked after us was absolutely brilliant, so kind (even though we were absolute novices) and so patient. By far the best service I’ve ever gotten at a liquor shop. We got to do some tastings and were taught the main differences between whiskeys. Lovely experience and will be back if we ever go to Christchurch again. I hope she sees this and if you do, come visit me on Waiheke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great whiskey, terrible service. Ordered whiskey on Thursday using 24 hour delivery, won't get here until Monday. Don't believe there delivery times, they are fictitious. Upon contact weak excuse 'COVID". I imagine the 24 hour service should be retracted, or have notification that it might take 4 days.

Guys import some unique stuff not just for NZ though for AU too!
Highly recommend becoming a member (free) and keeping an eye on their mew imports and always awesome stock lost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place in Christchurch to get your whisky and other spirits. As well you can get good selection of cigars. Owner is the most knowledgeable person about whisky. Great staff and always good hospitality. Highly recommended shop if Christchurch New Zealand. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called in after work to purchase a bottle of gin my friend had recommended and was blown away by the quality of service I received from the gentleman that served me.
The store is immaculate and well laid out; and the gentleman was very knowledgeable on the gin I purchased and told me a lot about it.
I look forward to visiting this store again for my future needs. Thank you ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is -the- place to go in NZ if you are any sort of whiskey fan (they even have a delightful range of gins and rum too!) . It's an absolute dream of a dram shop. Just make sure you have a bit of money ready because it's impossible to walk out without wanting at least 5 different bottles. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. The only negative is that there isn't more!! I really wish there was one in Wellington, even if they do sell online there is something special about going in, until there is it will remain the number 1 place I must stop by whenever in Christchurch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent whiskey shop. Selling both major retailers and independent whiskey brewers. They have tastings regularly which can join in to when you get their newsletter. The stock ranges from the reasonably inexpensive to the very expensive.
Definitely worthwhile checking out.
